One ought to seek leisure as defined as all that which one consciously chooses to do freely for its own sake and not for the benefit of some other coercive force or in the service of some secondary end. This freedom, coupled with some perceived restraint or control over anxiety, are the primary conditions by which the best possible moments in life might occur.
